Absence due to illness

To report your son’s absence due to illness, please do this via Studybugs by going to https://studybugs.com/ or clicking the banner above.

Alternatively, you can e-mail studentabsence@ast.kevibham.org or telephone: 0121 327 1130 selecting option 1.

Please ensure your son's absence is reported before 9 am on every day of his absence.

Unavoidable planned absence

To request a planned and unavoidable absence (e.g. hospital appointment, funeral etc) please complete the form which can be accessed via this link: https://forms.office.com/r/cCG9ykgne9 

Leave of absence

If you would like to request extended term time leave of absence for a student, please complete the form below and return it to studentabsence@ast.kevibham.org

NOTE: Requesting leave of absence does not mean that absence will be granted.
